About Gordon H Richards
Gordon H Richards has been based in the North Wales area since 1934, initially distributing slate from the Welsh slate quarries from the quay in Caernarfon, back when we dealt directly with Lord Penrhyn.
We currently occupy a large distribution centre in Glan Conwy in the Conwy valley, just a couple of minutes from the A55 and Llandudno Junction.
Since those early days, natural roofing slate has always been a huge part of what Gordon H Richards has been about, with Welsh slate always featuring as a key component.
Nowadays, we work with several spanish quarries directly, to bring a selection of competitive and readily available slates to our range. Gordon H Richards ensure our suppliers comply with all relevant British and European standards.
Today, Gordon H Richards also offers a full complement of roofing materials including tiles, ridges, flat roofing, GRP roofing and EPDM roofing components.
We're proud to be the only “traditional” specialist roofing merchant in North Wales.
In addition to our wealth of products, we also have years of experience and can offer technical knowledge and estimating services to assist you with your project.
